Vitamin C Intensive serum

Our Vitamin C Intensive serum with 10% Vitamin C in stabilized form (3-O Ethyl Ascorbic Acid) is perfect for anyone who already has experience with the active ingredient Vitamin C . It reduces pigmentation spots and pimple marks, prevents light-induced skin ageing and ensures radiant, smooth skin.

With 10% ethyl ascorbic acid, Vitamin C Intensive serum is particularly suitable for lightening pigmentation spots and pimple marks. Mature skin in particular will be pleased with the strong well-aging effect of the serum. With ethyl ascorbic acid, we use a stabilized form of pure Vitamin C, as pure L-ascorbic acid is very unstable. This means that it oxidizes quickly and therefore loses its effect. In addition, pure ascorbic acid is only effective in a very low and acidic pH range. Ethyl ascorbic acid, on the other hand, has a longer shelf life, is also effective in a less acidic pH range and is therefore better tolerated. Due to the water-loving and fat-loving properties it can be better absorbed by the skin. Ethyl ascorbic acid gradually lightens skin discoloration and protects against free radicals and oxidative stress as a powerful antioxidant. It stimulates collagen production, smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. Licorice root extract from certified organic cultivation (kbA) has a anti-inflammatory and also has a strong antioxidative and brightening effect. The amino acid arginine PCA helps the skin to retain moisture and strengthens the skin barrier thanks to pyrrolidone carboxylic acid (PCA).

WHICH VITAMIN C INTENSITY IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
For the Vitamin C intensive serum you should already have some experience with the active ingredient - then it is your perfect new face serum. If you sometimes want even more active ingredient power, you can even add our Vitamin C ampoules with 15% pure Vitamin C 1-2 evenings a week in addition to the intensive serum .

If you have little or no experience with the active ingredient or are more of a sensitive skin user, then we definitely recommend the mild Vitamin C Sensitive serum.

HOW TO USE THE THE VITAMIN C INTENSIVE serum AT
Apply the serum PM after your toner . Use the pipette to apply 2-3 drops to your fingertips, dab it onto your face and massage it in from the inside out. Please avoid direct eye contact.
