The following conditions apply:

 

Shipping conditions:
Delivery is made to the following countries: Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, France and Luxembourg.

Customs-related exceptions within the EU:

• France: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Le Réunion, French Guyana, Saint Martin, Mayotte
  
  

Shipping costs to all countries (including VAT)

• up to 59,99 Euro: 4,90 Euro shipping costs 

• from an order value of 60 euros we deliver free of shipping costs

• Express shipping (only within Germany): 7 euros (orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered the next day. Delivery times are Monday to Friday, no delivery on Saturday).
  
  

Delivery times:
Currently our delivery times in Germany and Austria are approx. 2 - 5 working days after receipt of order, for deliveries abroad within 7 working days after receipt of order (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Delivery times for express shipping (only within Germany) are 1 - 2 working days. Orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered the day after next. Delivery times are Monday to Friday, no delivery on Saturday. Next day delivery can only be guaranteed if the order is placed by 12 noon on Thursday, after which delivery will not be made until Monday.
