Conditions of participation in the (D)INNER CIRCLE competition
Between 30.03. and 06.04.2025, a total of 7 places including one accompanying person each for our Community Dinner on 09.05.2025 in our flagship store at Gärtnerplatz 5 in Munich will be raffled off on Instagram among all participants and there will be no additional costs for participation. The winners will be drawn at random in week 15 and informed in the same week via the direct message on their Instagram account or by email.
As part of the competition, your data provided during the ordering process will be used to draw and notify the winners. The data will not be published in connection with the competition. The data will not be passed on. Eligible to participate in this competition are persons who have reached the age of 18. Minors under the age of 18 and persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation as well as participants who provide false information about themselves are excluded. In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, we reserve the right to exclude persons from the competition and not to pay out prizes. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed.
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, we may demand compensation from this person.
