1. scope of application/exemption from Instagram
These conditions of participation apply to all competitions that we run via the Instagram profile under "junglueck". This promotion is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. All information in the context of the competitions is provided exclusively by JUNGLÜCK as the organizer of the competition and is responsible for data processing within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. eligible participants/participation
2.1 Any natural person in their own name with a minimum age of 18 years residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland is eligible to participate. Participants who have already reached the age of sixteen but are not yet of legal age may only take part in the competition with the consent of their legal guardian.

2.2 Minors under the age of 16 and legally incompetent persons are excluded from participation.

2.3 The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who violate these conditions of participation or who gain or wish to gain an advantage over other participants by unduly influencing or manipulating the competition. In such cases, the organizer may also subsequently exclude participants from the competition, disallow prizes and reclaim them.

2.4 Participation is only possible within the period specified in the competition description. Each participant may only participate once in an identical competition.

2.5 Employees of the competition organizer, as well as employees of the companies involved in this competition and their direct relatives, are excluded from participation in the competition.

3. Implementation of the competition
3.1 The prerequisite for participation in the competition is following the Instagram channel of the organizer. If a further requirement is necessary for participation in the competition, this will be communicated directly at the participation opportunity in the competition. The competition will be held during the specified period. All participants in the competition who meet the stated requirements by the respective time of the draw will be considered. Immediately after the end of the participation period, the winner will be drawn at random from among the participants.

3.2 The prize cannot be changed or paid out in cash. The prize is non-transferable.

4. prize processing
4.1 The winner(s) will be notified by Instagram Direct Message from JUNGLÜCK or the respective competition cooperation partner. With regard to the prize, each participant notified in this way is obliged to inform the organizer within 7 working days of the notification being sent whether they accept the prize. If the Organizer does not receive a corresponding message within this period, the possibility of accepting the prize expires and the Organizer reserves the right to identify and notify another participant accordingly.

4.2 If the contact details provided by the participant are incorrect (e.g. e-mail address), the Organizer is not obliged to determine the correct data. The disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details (e.g. incorrect e-mail address) shall be borne by the participant.

5. Data protection
All Instagram names of the participants will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the prize. All personal data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition, but the comments on Instagram will remain and can still be viewed publicly. Participants are entitled to statutory rights to information, amendment and revocation. Participants can withdraw their declared consent to the use of personal data at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the address of JUNGLÜCK given in the legal notice. Once consent has been withdrawn, the participant's personal data that has been collected and stored will be deleted immediately. Participation in the competition is then no longer possible.

6. premature termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to change the competition due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice regarding the competition components, to cancel or terminate the competition. The latter applies in particular if software and/or hardware errors occur and/or other technical and/or legal reasons influence the regular and proper execution of the competition or make it impossible. 6 Miscellaneous Legal recourse is excluded. German law is exclusively applicable. Should individual provisions of these terms of use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of use. These terms of use may be amended by JUNGLÜCK at any time without separate notification.
