We would like to thank you with our loyalty program JUNGLÜCK loves you. You can collect points with various interactions and redeem them for your favorite products in our store as a € discount. Your participation in our loyalty program is of course free of charge and not linked to any obligations.
How can I participate in the loyalty program?
It's simple: register here for free and create your customer account. Once you have successfully registered, we will credit your first 25 points directly to your account and you can start collecting and redeeming points straight away.
How do I redeem my collected points?
Log in to your customer account log in. There you can see your current points balance. Store your favorite products as usual. During the order process, before you complete your order, you can select your € discount from the drop-down menu and redeem it directly.
Here are the reward levels for your redemption:
100 points = €5
200 points = €10
300 points = €15
400 points = €20
The loyalty discount is not tied to a minimum order value and can be applied to all products except gift vouchers. No additional discount code can be applied when redeeming your loyalty points.
How many points do I need to get a discount?
As soon as you have collected 100 points, you can look forward to your first reward level and therefore your first discount of €5. The more points you collect, the higher your discount will be.
When do my points expire?
Your points will automatically expire after 12 months if you have not redeemed them by then. A new collection period of 12 months then begins.
