WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

In general, we always try to respond to your messages as quickly as possible and keep you up to date on the current status of your application at all times. Of course, the exact time it takes for a response is always individual. You can usually expect a response from us within a week. HOW DOES ONBOARDING WORK?

Our onboarding is always individually tailored to your position and your team. You will receive an onboarding package (sent to you or on site). On the first day, you will be welcomed by your personal buddy, who will give you a comprehensive insight into the tools and working methods. This person will also be available to answer any questions or talk to you at any time, especially over the next 6 months. You will have the opportunity to get to know some of your colleagues in an uncomplicated way and to gain a first impression of them at various short get-to-know-you meetings.

IS 100% REMOTE WORK POSSIBLE?

We are based in Munich and are always happy to welcome new people to our Munich office. Occasionally there may be roles whose fulfillment is location-independent. Technically, we have all the solutions for an efficient hybrid setting and collaboration. However, to maintain our culture and strong team spirit, we all meet up at least three times a year to work together, talk about new goals and simply have a good time.

WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF MENTAL HEALTH AT JUNGLÜCK?

We try to create a workplace that has as little negative impact as possible on mental and physical health. Mental health has gained enormously in importance. We see you as a whole person and provide you with the best possible support. Through Likeminded, you can talk to psychologists and coaches in a protected environment, within 24 hours and up to ten times a year.
