Retinal is particularly effective as it only needs one conversion step to reach retinoic acid in the skin. It builds up the collagen scaffold and visibly refines the overall appearance of the skin, while its liposomal encapsulation transports the retinal deep into the skin so that the active ingredient can be absorbed even more effectively and gently. Do not use Retinal if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

PLEASE NOTE

As retinal only requires one conversion step to reach the active form, you should first get your skin used to the active ingredient and initially only use cream 1-2 evenings a week and slowly increase the frequency of use over a period of 2 months until you start using serum in addition.
