"Win your advent calendar" competition

All Advent calendar orders placed in the online store of JUNGLÜCK (DE) (www.junglueck.de), JUNGLÜCK CH (www.junglueck.ch) and JUNGLÜCK NL (www.junglueck.nl) between 27.10. and 03.11.2024 will be entered into a prize draw for a total of 20 refunds of the full calendar purchase price. All customers who order at least one Advent calendar between 27.10. and 03.11.2024 will automatically take part in the promotion. Participation does not incur any additional costs. The winners will be drawn at random in calendar week 45 2024 and informed in the same week via the email address provided in the order process. The refund will be made by 30.11.2024 at the latest via the payment method selected in the ordering process. If several calendars are ordered in different order processes during the promotion period, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw several times. Within an order process with several Advent calendars, only one Advent calendar will be counted and refunded if it is won. 

As part of the competition, your data provided during the ordering process will be used to draw and notify the winners. The data will not be published in connection with the competition. The data will not be passed on. Eligible to participate in this competition are persons who have reached the age of 18. Minors under the age of 18 and persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation as well as participants who provide false information about themselves are excluded. In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, we reserve the right to exclude persons from the competition and not to pay out prizes. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed. 

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, we may demand compensation from this person.
