I don't think I can tolerate this care. At first my skin felt good but after a few days my skin became drier and drier. I am now using my previous skin care again. But I will give it another try.

We are very sorry that you cannot tolerate the skincare. As we pay attention to particularly mild ingredients and dosages, our products are generally very well tolerated, which has also been confirmed by the Dermatest with a "Very Good" rating. However, individual intolerances can unfortunately never be completely ruled out.
In fact, changing care products - especially when switching from conventional cosmetics to natural cosmetics - always means some stress for the skin. It therefore usually takes a while (approx. 4 weeks) for the metabolic processes in the skin to change and for you to notice the first improvements. There may even be a temporary initial worsening during the changeover phase.
If you are not at all satisfied with your products, you can return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order as part of our satisfaction guarantee.
